Early prevention
Building belonging and role models from a young age to steer young people away from violence.
Fathers are too often judged by a story that does not reflect the full truth. We exist to change that picture.
Society focuses on absence, not the love and commitment many fathers show every day. Many also face real barriers: family support, education, employment, mental health and the courts.
We close that gap with community, practical help and a stronger picture of fatherhood for the next generation.
Read our story and aimsStrong fathers help build safer communities
Children with present fathers and role models grow up with belonging, confidence and identity, some of the strongest protections a young person can have.
Bringing fathers and children together early helps young people feel rooted long before they are pulled toward harm. It is how we steer them away from violence, including knife and gun crime: not reacting after the fact, but building strong foundations early. Prevention begins with family, role models and belonging.
Our prevention approachBuilt for fathers, families and the people around them
- 01Fathers who want support, connection or guidance.
- 02Children and young people who benefit from stronger father-child relationships.
- 03Families who want healthier communication, confidence and stability.
- 04Supporters, volunteers and donors who believe in strengthening families.
- 05Schools, councils, charities and services that want to work better with fathers.
A future where fathers are respected and recognised
When fathers are supported, children grow with stronger identity, confidence and belonging. Families become more stable, communities safer and more connected.
This is long-term work with a generational impact.
